i dont even know what whiffing is
nor why you cant find the puncuations keys on your keyboard
appears you missed post 166. the shrub established precedent - must be a bitch to come back and bite your side in the ass; here are his words:Wrong again. Congress has the power, the President does not. And it has nothing do with dicks or bush.
The President relies upon his staff to provide him candid advice. The framers of the Constitution understood this vital role when developing the separate branches of government. And if the staff of a President operated in constant fear of being hauled before various committees to discuss internal deliberations, the President would not receive candid advice, and the American people would be ill-served.... I will oppose any attempts to subpoena White House officials.... My choice is to make sure that I safeguard the ability for Presidents to get good decisions.
show us what issa has been able to reveal thus far regarding ANY investigation of Obama administration activities
he's zero for everything
prediction: another strikeout
and yet he has actually done nothing to conduct a hearing on this matterShow me how he didn't start the Process? Did he begin the Process by sending the letters to Each? I would notice how he didn't hesitate to tell the CIA to Lawyer up.
give us a cite showing anything he has foundAlthough I wouldn't say he is Zero for everything. Not with Two Separate Committees Finding Sheer Negligence and Incompetency All the Way to Hillary's pathetic azz.
and yet he has actually done nothing to conduct a hearing on this matter
and how long has it been?
give us a cite showing anything he has found
zip, nada, zed, zero
less talk and more actionThat's because he had to follow the Process and now that The Independent and Senate Committees are done with their turns. It is now The House's Turn. Which means it is Now in Issa's hands and that means the Oversite Committee. He has agreed with the other two Committees on that Sheer Negligence and Incompetency.
The House Oversight Committee will resume hearings on the terrorist attack on the U.S. mission in Benghazi, Chairman Darrell Issa (R-Calif.) said Wednesday.
“Next month, the Oversight Committee will convene a hearing on the Benghazi terrorist attacks to examine evidence that Obama Administration officials have attempted to suppress information about errors and reckless misjudgments,” Issa said. “The American people still don’t have the full truth about what happened both before and after the murders of four brave Americans.
Issa said his hearings would examine the problems in the administration's own review of Benghazi.
"While President Obama and his administration may be inclined to give free passes to senior officials who bungled their responsibilities, this committee will expose what they did and hold them accountable to the public. Getting the full story is critical to ensuring that this does not happen again.”
The announcement follows Tuesday's release of an interim report by the Republican leaders of the five committees of jurisdiction — including Issa's — that blames then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton for security lapses in Benghazi that contributed to the deaths of Ambassador Christopher Stevens and three other Americans.
The interim House GOP report accuses Clinton's State Department of seeking to change administration talking points to “insulate” the department from criticism. It also says President Obama should have anticipated the increased risk of attack on the anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks and given the Department of Defense “the authority to launch offensive operations beyond self-defense.”

That point on Obama remaining on Alert over the Anniversary of 911.....well, finally looks like Obama will be Front and Center on that one.
Do you think Obama can make a Mean face now.....and make it all go away?
My only thought is.....since he has a problem with stuttering now. How much more will he stutter when he has no out.
less talk and more action
issa could find his ass with both hands
this time next year your side will still be talking about holding hearings
Well.....that would be nice if they could carry that out up until the Mid-Term with all of that being upfront and center. Especially after your side learns that all Team Obama did was deflect from the fact that Obama was to Worried over his Election, was out, "busy".....Having a good time, a really good time. So much of a good time and so caught up with the Media and the Election.
That he forgot all about the Anniversary of 911.....dropping that ball. Kinda Like Double Dribble.
then you seem to agree
issa has nothing
otherwise he would have already exposed it for the world to see
ok. i'll post with you more about it AFTER issa actually conducts a hearingNo.....not at all, and that's not even close to what I am saying. I doubt with all that I have said about it would even remotely show that I would agree with such.
Maybe he understands that Hillary and Team Obama already has been shown to be Incompetent and Negligent.....now its just a matter of time on Team Obama and the left understanding that consequences come with those that fail to perform to accountability. Which means not just run around and talk about.....I take responsibility while having not suffered any consequence.
you say that but it is the republicans who have proven to be the wimps
look, no issued subpoenas
yep, the republican senators are again proving themselves to be spineless
Appearing before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee will be three career State Department officials: Gregory N. Hicks, the deputy chief of mission at the U.S. Embassy in Libya at the time of the Benghazi terrorist attacks; Mark I. Thompson, a former Marine and now the deputy coordinator for Operations in the agency’s Counterterrorism Bureau; and Eric Nordstrom, a diplomatic security officer who was the regional security officer in Libya, the top security officer in the country in the months leading up to the attacks.
EXCLUSIVE: Names Of
Hicks is a veteran Foreign Service officer whose overseas postings have also included Afghanistan, Syria, and Yemen.
Rep. Jason Chaffetz, a Utah Republican and committee member, said Hicks was in Tripoli at 9:40 p.m. local time when he received one of Stevens’ earliest phone calls amid the crisis.
“We’re under attack! We’re under attack!” the ambassador reportedly shouted into his cell phone at Hicks.
Chaffetz, who subsequently debriefed Hicks, also said the deputy “immediately called into Washington to trigger all the mechanisms” for an inter-agency response.
I wonder if Issa is going to run an investigation of how his leadership helped Bush declare a pointless war that killed thousands of our highly trained soldiers?
Oh. I guess that's not a scandal as serious as a raid on an embassy.
Bush isn't President.
the Benghazi conspiracy nonsense was invented by fox as a tool to help Romney. though it didn't work with the general public because fox has no credibility, it sold pretty well to Fox's viewers, so apparently they're still running with it. both sides expose tragedy for political gain, and it's slimy.
Yep... its right up there with truther and birther conspiracies.
Nah, that's only what the Left wants low Information voters to think.....then they will throw in an Obama-Phone with such In Pre text form so they can always send that message out. Tricky lil guys aren't they.
Then you should have followed the facts of Benghazi more closely.. Forget the changing narrative... they were learning about what happened in bits and pieces.. so the conspiracy theorists have glomed on to the early discrepancies for political purposes.
After Libya's prime minister called to tell him Stevens had died, Hicks said, “The Libyan military agreed to fly their C130 to Benghazi and carry additional personnel to Benghazi as reinforcements. But as the special forces team headed to the airport, Hicks said, they got a phone call from Special Operations Command Africa saying “you can't go now; you don't have authority to go now.”

“I believe that if we had been able to scramble a fighter or aircraft or two over Benghazi as quickly as possible after the attack commenced, I believe there would not have been a mortar attack on the annex in the morning because I believe the Libyans would have split,” Hicks said. “They would have been scared to death that we would have gotten a laser on them and killed them.”

Could it be that no one is being held accountable because it may be Congress that is responsible for cutting the security budget for Embassies (and Congress rarely blames itself, especially the GOP House)?
