You don't need to know who infected whom to apply those policies. You would only need to ID someone as a person who refused to wear a mask where required.



If he only meant to comment on the law suit thing, he did a rather poor job of indicating it. And I'm not sure he really did mean it the way you generously suggest. He's made many comments criticizing mask-wearing because they "don't protect you".

Is your proposed solution targeting anti-maskers only? What if a mask lover forgets their mask and gets caught? How about people who have breathing problems or health conditions? Are face masks/face coverings supposed to meet a certain standard? Where do the rules apply? If I want to walk in the park alone and get caught, will I be refused ER services?

Should this standard apply to other scenarios as well? For example, if you're rioting and get shot, should you be denied emergency services?
