This is what happens to rape victims when they carry the baby to birth!!!!!!!!!!

She was 12 years old when this man raped her. Twelve years old. She carried the child to birth and kept the child and now the courts have given her rapist joint custody. If you read the article the judge gave the rapist his victim's address. I guess so he can rape her again, although she might be too old for his taste. This is what is in store for all of those rape victims that will be forced to carry their pregnancies to birth. They will have to have joint custody with their rapists, but I guess for all you pro-birth people out there, that is just fine with you. Notice I do not call you pro life since after they are born you do not give a damn what happens to the children.
 
This will certainly be overturned on appeal. It's outrageous!
 
Multiple violent sex offences, and he still keeps getting out and has access to more children.....he simply needs to be put down like a rabid dog as a matter of public safety.
 
The judge claims the prosecutors office never informed him that rape had anything to do with the case, that he had no knowledge of the situation, and reportedly has reversed the decision once informed.

While everyone is trying to make their political rants about this, it appears just the horrific problems that happen in treadmill law in which people are just a number to the judicial system.

What is curious is it appears every possible effort was made to hide the political part of the judge. I've looked and looked and it appears 100% hidden.

That is the real story. 6 months for rape? Well it is a Democratic state government. We know that the Democratic Party supports gang rape of illegal migrant girls, so why wouldn't it also be ok with raping American girls? There are few criminals the Democratic Party doesn't love and see it as their job to represent and protect.
 

That should not have happened but this case has nothing to do with any other case.

Judge Ross, registered as a Republican Conservative, has a history of decisions being overturned because of allowing his religious views to taint his decision making processes. His experience is in probate and surrogate proceedings, paternity actions falling under his jurisdiction by Michigan law. He was elected and re-elected to office with no opposition. His personal law practice was closed in bankruptcy. Practicing attorneys have described entering his court as "entering the twilight zone." He has twice been cited for appointing Administrators for estate management in lieu of Last Will and Testament appointment of the executors and exutrixes, citing their lack of money management experience as cause, his decisions overturned with demand for administrator restitution to the estates. Court appointed estate administrators receive higher fees than executors, often dipping into estate accounts with judicial approval (a practice known as efficacious looting). Draw your own conclusions.
