I like to watch/listen to documentaries. Lots of ww2, science, UFO's, bigfoot, our military, nasa's unexplained files, those sorts of things.I'm finding that I'm not the only one who needs auditory stimulation to fall asleep, so I'm wondering what everyone else listens to.
I bounce between Physics, Theology, Comedy and History podcasts/vodcasts as the moods strikes.
Lately I have been working my way through the excellent history vodcast FALL OF CIVILIZATIONS.
It's the perfect mix of calming and interesting to help me relax while engaging my thoughts.
Fall of Civilizations
A podcast about the collapse of civilizations throughout history. Why do civilizations collapse? What happens afterwards? And what did it feel like to watch it happen?www.youtube.com
My comedy go-to is 372 PAGES I'LL NEVER GET BACK
It's a book club for awful books hosted by Michael J. Nelson of MST3K fame.
Theology podcasts are numerous. Among them is UNBELEIVABLE?
It's a series that is mostly theology and morality debate.
The Physics videos are even more numerous and have kind of fallen out of favor since it's getting hard to find good ones that I haven't worn out already.
I listen mostly now to THE SLEEPY SCIENTIST
The Sleepy Scientist
The Sleepy Scientist 🌙🔬 Where curiosity meets calm. This is a place for slow science, soft stories, and the kind of wonder that doesn’t need to shout. Each video gently guides you through the beauty of science—from the tiniest atoms to the vastest galaxies, and all the quiet forces in between...www.youtube.com
Generally I need the videos to be at lest 1 hour long, and non-Repetitive. I've learned to reject all of the videos that are AI generated because there is about a 100% chance that the creator of that 3 hour video did absolutely no editing.

Do you know him or her? Yes, bigfoot. Check out this old video and take notice of the feet. When this whatever walks, it lifts its feet so high we can see the bottom of the foot, we humans don't walk like that and it sure isn't a gorilla. We have footprints with hair and dermal ridges and they also have a something that the human foot does not have.Bigfoot?

Anyway you try walking and lifting your feet so high the person behind you can see the bottom of your foot, we barely lift our feet off the ground when we walk.

I alternate between watching specific tennis matches involving players who play very long rallies (Borg, Lendl, Wilander Vilas, Evert, Jaeger, a Maleeva sister) , and streaming videos of freshwater aquariums. I turn off the sound.I'm finding that I'm not the only one who needs auditory stimulation to fall asleep, so I'm wondering what everyone else listens to.

There are many many animals living in forests. How many do you see alive? How many dead animals, they should be everywhere.I submit Bigfoot is some sort of invertebrate, but somehow still manages to walk!
Or do they bury their dead? What do they fashion their shovels out of? Or do they rent a mini-trac hoe, paying cash, as to not leave a paper trail?
Well I don't go actively looking for remains myself. But I have stumbled upon some remains before. Deer skull, possum, etc. There are many many animals living in forests. How many do you see alive? How many dead animals, they should be everywhere.
Some remains but certainly no abundance compared to the amount of animals in a forest. Your second sentence is completely inaccurate. Plenty of evidence exists that something big and hairy lives among us. This isn't a game, real scientists are chiming in and saying, there is something there that we don't know what it is.Well I don't go actively looking for remains myself. People are out there looking for sasquatch, and have found nothing except an empty Jack Links jerky bag; likely discarded by a hunter.
Just giving some shit. I've watched my share of BG, Nessie, Mothman, etc shows; and still waiting just like with ET.Some remains but certainly no abundance compared to the amount of animals in a forest. That's all bullshit but there is no doubt a bi-pedal something heavy is walking around on this earth. Our military knows much more about ET than they admit. This comes from whistle-blowers inside the government testifying before congress. Do you think they are all lying?Just giving some shit. I always like upcoming show ads that say 'Startling new evidence! Have they finally....!'
I wasted an hour to know nothing that I didn't already know.
Yeah, I put more faith in the existence of ET visitations than I do crypto's. Trust me, I used to delve into the BF stuff a bit, and then it got stale. Let me know when someone gets there arms ripped off. That's all bullshit but there is no doubt a bi-pedal something heavy is walking around on this earth. I used to fall asleep to the movie Solaris. Boring story, with lots of soft space-station-type sounds (*bing*) in the background. It never failed to put me to sleep.
