YouTube - Calvin Johnson's "Catch" Against Bears Week 1

For ****'s sake. The man had two feet, his knee, and his ass on the ground before the ball touched the ground. He caught it with both hands, switched to one hand, and made TWO controlled movements with the football with one hand on it before it touched the ground.

Worse than the botched coin flip call? Worse than that call against SD last year which cost them the game? I mean, this isn't the worst call in NFL history; that's idiotic. This is likable to the tuck rule with the Patriots since by the letter of the NFL rules, the call was correct.

Go screw. Brady was totally throwing the ball.

This isn't even the first time this rule has been read this way. In fact, a few years back, the same rule ended up costing the Bears game against the Lions in 2004.

You are just biased. By the way happy or sad with the way the Bears played?

Yes, and chad hutchinson threw the ball.

Disgusted is the best way to decribe it. Tehy should have lost the game, and the Lions got robbed, but they got robbed by the rule, not by the "call".

Jim Joyce: Tag. You're it.

The biggest winner when LeBron left Cleveland was Art Modell. Part deux here.
