The War: 'Ambiguous' Intel on Iran's Meddling in Iraq - Newsweek Periscope - MSNBC.com

Unlike some of the people here, US intelligence agencies have no proof or belief that Iran has anything to do with attacks in Iraq.. I see it frequently on this forum, people accusing wrongly the Iranian government of being involved in Iraq attacks or funding this, and this is simply wrong, even according to intelligence.

The US politicans retoric on this is somewhat different, which might be the reason that people think Iran is supporting attacks in Iraq. But again, the US government made the US population believe Iraq had WMDs, so I will not be surprised if they convince the US population Iran is in the war with national troops.

However, me and many believe that Iranian outlaws are in Iraq fighting what they see as the evil invader, this is very probable, but not prooven either.
