Russia and Ukraine, in April, were on the verge of a peace agreement. That was back in April, when the two sides were meeting and talking in Istanbul. As matters developed, the US sent its poodle Bojo to Kiev to order its lackey Elensky to fight to the last Ukrainian. No peace.

A peace-for-neutrality agreement was proposed by Ukraine in a draft document that it delivered to Russia during the March 29 talks in Istanbul, Turkey. The Russian military announced its withdrawal from some parts of Ukraine as a gesture of good will, right after the offer was made.

In May, some Ukrainian media linked the collapse of the negotiations with pressure imposed on Kiev by British Prime Minister Boris Johnson. The UK leader publicly opposed a negotiated solution to the crisis in Ukraine and urged Kiev to fight on to obtain a stronger position in future talks.

Johnson visited Kiev on April 9, reportedly almost without warning and with a message for Zelensky that he could not get the deal he wanted from Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin. He branded Putin a war criminal who could not be trusted and said that “even if Ukraine is ready to sign some agreements on guarantees with Putin, they [the West] are not.” Security guarantees for a neutral Ukraine from major world powers were the cornerstone of the proposed peace deal.

The video shows the moment of the explosion, which occurred on September 11 overnight. The shock wave was so powerful that it covered the nearest buildings. The author of the video signed it with a caption: "Got nearly killed by the explosion.”

Earlier, Ukrainian media reported that a fire broke out at one of Ukraine's largest heat and power plants — Kharkiv TPP 5. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said that power outages occurred in a number of regions of the country.
According to Alexander Malkevich, a member of the Public Chamber of Russia, the Russian forces attacked Ukrainian thermal power plants located in eastern and central parts of the country. The reason for the attacks was the unwillingness of the West to "stop Kyiv."

On September 11, five eastern regions of Ukraine were left without electricity. Partial or total blackouts occurred in Kharkiv, Poltava, Dnipropetrovsk, Sumy and Odessa regions. The authorities of the regions confirmed blackouts and power outages

On September 11, the last operating power unit of the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant was shut down. The procedure was carried out in a safe mode. The station will not operate until its shelling stops. The head of the Enerhodar administration, Alexander Volga, said that electricity was being supplied to Enerhodar by reverse from the city of Melitopol. IAEA employees still remain at the station.

The Zaporizhzhia nuclear power station, Europe's largest nuclear power plant, supplied electricity to almost the entire south-east of Ukraine, including Dnepropetrovsk and Krivoy Rog, where the country's largest enterprises are located.

Hostilities intensified in the Kharkiv region late last week. The Russian troops retreated to preserve personnel to regroup in the Izyum region, the Russian Defense Ministry reported. Pantsir air defense systems and heavy flamethrower systems TOS-1A Solntsepek are being deployed to the combat zone, the ministry said.

The Ukrainian army attempted to launch an offensive on Liman in the Donetsk People's Republic but was stopped, Denis Pushilin, the head of the DPR said. According to war correspondent Yevgeny Poddubny, the Russian troops set up a trap for the Armed Forces of Ukraine at the crossing over the Seversky Donets River. Nothing threatens the Kherson region: defence lines have been built along the perimeter of the region, Kirill Stremousov, a representative of the regional administration said.

On September 12, Roman Starovoit, the Governor of the Kursk region of Russia, reported that the border village of Tetkino was shelled. No one was injured, but eight houses were damaged. In addition, three Russian soldiers were injured during a drone attack on military positions near the border village of Zernovo in the Bryansk region of Russia.

On September 11, French President Emmanuel Macron called Russian President Vladimir Putin. Macron urged Putin to stop the special operation and sit down at the negotiating table with the Ukrainian authorities. The Kremlin website says that the Russian president asked his counterpart to address the situation with the shelling of the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant, and also discussed food security issues.

Earlier, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said that negotiations with Russia were impossible, as he "does not want to talk to people who put forward ultimatums." The last talks between the Russian and Ukrainian delegations took place in Istanbul on March 29.

Ukraine to ask US, allies for long-range weapons

Ukraine will request additional weapons from the US and its allies, including Army Tactical Missile Systems (ATMS), which have a range of over 300 kilometers, reports the Wall Street Journal. The announcement comes amid Ukraine's ongoing counteroffensives. The Biden administration has reportedly declined to provide such weapons to Ukraine over concerns they could be used to strike Russian territory.

The only person who initiated this was was Putin .

Moscow in recent months began cutting off Europe's energy supply in response leaders in the region opposing Russia's invasion in late February of Ukraine – starting with less gas from the Nord Stream 1 pipeline.

In June, Russian state energy giant Gazprom cut the flow of gas through the pipeline to just 20% of its capacity.

The pipeline flows directly to Germany, the European bloc's biggest economy, and last year accounted for roughly 35% of Europe's total Russian gas imports.

Last week, Putin threatened to cut off all oil and gas exports to the West as a result of the U.S. and Europe attempting to cap the price of Russian energy.

"There's going to be some rationing and there's going to be some real humanitarian crises across Europe this winter, if Putin cuts off the gas," Fleitz also said.

While some people have suggested shipping American liquified national gas to Europe, Fleitz called that idea "complicated and expensive."

"There aren't enough ships and there aren't enough terminals to take it in," he said.

When asked about America's role in the possible energy crisis, Fleitz said that people have to understand that natural gas is the fuel of the future and to stop pushing for electrically-charged vehicles or green fuels, which won't fill the gap.

"I'd like to hear [President] Joe Biden say that and find ways to get more natural gas into Europe and encourage the Europeans to turn on their their nuclear plants," Fleitz continued. "I understand that Germans won't do that, which I just think is insane. There are solutions to this. I don't think they're going to save Europe this winter, but maybe in the future."

During the 90-minute conversation, Scholz urged Putin to “come to a diplomatic solution as quickly as possible, based on a ceasefire, a complete withdrawal of Russian forces and respect for the territorial integrity and sovereignty of the Ukraine,” according to a statement from spokesman Steffen Hebestreit.

The German chancellor also called on Putin to “avoid any escalation” around the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant, and to implement a UN-recommended ‘safe zone’ around the facility. Putin countered that the plant is subjected to “constant missile attacks from Ukraine, which creates real risks of a large-scale catastrophe,” according to a readout of the call from the Kremlin.

The Russian president accused Kiev of “blatant violations of international humanitarian law,” pointing to the shelling of majority Russian-speaking cities in Donbass.

Putin said Russia will supply energy to Europe, should the EU lift sanctions preventing supply along the Nord Stream 1 gas pipeline. Germany’s refusal to certify the Nord Stream 2 pipeline while blaming Russia for its energy woes “looks very cynical.”

No one in the free world cares about what RT.COM says.

Why do you keep spamming it?

No one in the free world cares about what RT.COM says.

If that were truly the case, there would be no need for the globalist elites to ban it. In any war, it's always wise to hear both sides of the story.

RT.com is banned?

Really?

I was just looking at it.

It's true that the U.S. has yet to ban RT, but European union did. RT America shut down earlier this year after being dropped by the network that carried it:

You equate networks not carrying RT.COM with banning.

It isn't banning.

There are ofcourse VPNs and the like to get around restrictions. Here's what the Business Insider article stated in regards to RT in the EU:

It was previously announced that social media access for RT — and state-run news site Sputnik — would be largely shut down in the EU.

"The state-owned Russia Today and Sputnik, and their subsidiaries, will no longer be able to spread their lies to justify Putin's war," European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said on Sunday.

Now you are implying others need to use VPN to access RT.COM?

No.

Invading a sovereign country does incur penalties, especially in the realm of shutting down the aggressor's state-propaganda organs.

You forgot the triple brackets, dude.

Russia may be bigger and richer than Ukraine, but it is not up to the combined resources of the United States, along with the nations of NATO and the European Union. Most are now in a de facto proxy war with an increasingly overwhelmed Russia.

Will Putin go fully medieval on Ukraine, like the carnage in Chechnya when he leveled Grozny in 2000? Will Russia mobilize its entire army, drop its silly euphemism “special military operation,” and finally try to crush Ukraine with a full Soviet-style assault?

Germany to provide Ukraine with 50 Dingo armored vehicles

According to Bild, Federal Defense Minister of Germany Christine Lambrecht made the announcement on Sept. 15. Germany will also provide Ukraine with two more MARS II multiple rocket launchers and 200 rockets, the publication reported.

So you are still just throwing unsupported assertions against a wall to see if any of them stick. And your evidence for any of your OP is...? Transcripts of meetings? Impartial third party witness testimony? Radio intercepts? A full copy of the final draft document?

And you know the Russian military withdrew from parts of Ukraine as a good will gesture how, because any assertion by the Kremlin or Russian MOD is true, because you wish to believe it so?

Fortunately, many of us who participate here are experts at translating Russian propaganda into ordinary plain spoken English. What Johnson thought is irrelevant.
Zelensky himself attended the negotiations and sat at the table and also agreed with several items. However he required absolute security guarantees, preservation of Ukraine's defense forces, and a withdrawal to the 1914 borders in exchange for neutrality.

Russia wouldn't provide that.

So in reality, the parties were never close to an agreement.
