The European Union prepares for millions of refugees from Ukraine

The emergency rule previously used during the Yugoslav wars grants 90 days stay in EU countries without a VISA, but EU must prepare for day 91, as the article says. It's also not only about Ukrainian citizens, there are citizens of other countries living in Ukraine. How to handle them is an important issue, many of them want a way back to their home country, and EU is granting that, but what about refugees from other countries that previously got asylum in Ukraine? That's a trickier issue. There were also an issue with Polish border guards not letting citizens of African countries cross the Polish- Ukrainian border (most of them being students at Kiev university), not only Ukrainian citizens are fleeing Ukraine. Also non EU member states should waive VISA requirement for Ukrainian refugees.
