It was information obtained later when Flynn got new lawyers. Hand-written notes had the agents that questioned him admitting that one of the things on the table was trying to get him to lie, also known as a perjury trap. Further, they dangled charges against his kid as part of a deal do get his confession. This is common knowledge.

No they weren't. They were there because they wanted to try and trap Flynn because they were out to get the income Trump admin. Biden was briefed on it and he's the one that brought up the Logan Act angle. At that point, the FBI agents that were actually looking into Flynn where ready to close the case because there was nothing on him but it got picked back up by political hacks.
