The Senate's Syria Resolution Has a Huge Secret Giveaway to the President - Garrett Epps - The Atlantic

This is really unbelievable.

We got one house of Congress thinking about not voting on Syria and we have the other House making Obama and all future President's supreme ruler.

Rev. Wright was right. God damn America, at least its elected officials...

So Obama's libs are backtracking without admitting they were wrong all along and will be throwing the 1973 War Powers Act under the bus. Until one of their guys isn't in the White House then they will want to bring back the War Powers Act.

But what's the big deal ? Obama already violated the War Powers Act when he went after Qaddafi so the Frogs could get a better contract for Libyan oil.

Isn't the "Atlantic" a liberal rag ?

Isn't the "Atlantic" a liberal rag ?

In comparison to Reason, National Review, Chronicles, or the Weekly Standard?

Yes

In comparison to Mother Jones?

No

On its own?

It is definitely in my opinion a more moderate publication
