it's not left and right it's urban and nonurban that divides this country.

true urbanites aren't liberal or conservative- they're live and let live to the highest level. they're "shoot up heroin all you want as long as you don't talk to me" and "i don't care who you worship as long as you stay away from me"

it's all about avoiding eye contact

i can't think of any current politicians that represent urban values or really care about the urban agenda

So you're saying that "shoot up heroin all you want as long as you don't talk to me" is an actual "urban" agenda?

And you wonder why politicians aren't representing it?

I'm not so sure that those living in poor urban areas have an agenda, they can barely provide for themselves, much less reach out to the community and form a political agenda. Keep in mind that urban doesn't mean poor though. Politicians don't represent them because they know that most of them don't vote. Most of them don't vote because the Politicians don't represent them. Notice a cycle?

also they're all democrats, so right now that doesnt help

why are local democrats so hardcore but national democrats such wusses

in Philly the democrats will get union guys to break your legs

Kerry would be hard pressed to say somthing rude
