Kneeling in protest is protected speech (which is in the Constitution). Nowhere in the Constitution does it say, "You can only have 1st amendment rights if your boss says so." If the boss has a problem, the boss needs to handle it. Not you or any other pearl clutcher who freaks out when someone says something they disagree with.
No need for insults. You are wrong about the 1st amendment and how it applies. You seem to have an inability to parse the words for content.
If your boss lets you protest your favorite pet cause at work, FANTASTIC!. But, the rest of us generally have rules to abide by and have to do our protesting on our own time.
No NFL player has been had their 1st amendment right violated.
