I think McCain struggles between his personal convictions and what he knows he needs to do to be elected.

I don't think the fact that he (or anyone for that matter) "flip-flops" on an issue says anything overly negative about his character. All I really see in that video is someone who isn't as sharp on his feet as he may need to be to get elected. However, I've always thought that about Bush and I guess that shows what I know.
