I have recently come across startling Evidence That Is very shocking indeed. The President of the United States has more power over his country, than emperors in the past. The President of the USA Has more power, than Even Hitler did, over his own Country. Here is How;

http://www.freedomsite.net/93-549.htm

If you are too lazy To Read That, Heres a Quick Summary:

It basically states that This report authorizes the President to KEEP The Powers he was given for National Emergency in 1933. His Powers were probally intended at the time to either 1.) Stop The Great Depression, 2.) Stop Hitler. But yet this is very shocking national powers, and these powers make him as good as a dictator, or more, because even Hitler had to be revoted those powers every 4 years, even if they were rigged elections.
Quote:

" Under the powers delegated by these statutes, the President may: seize property; organize and control the means of production; seize commodities; assign military forces abroad; institute martial law; seize and control all transportation and communication; regulate the operation of private enterprise; restrict travel; and, in a plethora of particular ways, control the lives of all American citizens."

"These proclamations give force to 470 provisions of Federal law. These hundreds of statutes delegate to the President extraordinary powers, ordinarily exercised by the Congress, which affect the lives of American citizens in a host of all-encompassing manners. This vast range of powers, taken together, confer enough authority to rule the country without reference to normal Constitutional processes."

A Very Intresting Fact Indeed...Now We must wonder: Why did we sacrifice our Democracy?

The Executive Branch

When One Thinks of It, The Executive Branch is where All The power is concentrated. The Exectutive Branch Consists of The President (And thus The Army as hes commander in chief) And Then The Intelligence Agencies, except a few, and also Police Force and such. The Congress and Judicial Branches are just dicussion and paper, they have no power, other than once they had the Treasury Police. So The Executive Branch May Do What it wishes, and noone can stop it, that is why we must make sure good hearted men are in the Executive Branch, Not Just persuasive And Flattering Men.

I think this country needs to seriously consider stripping the Executive Branch of some of those powers. Our current president presents a clear and present threat to the security of the American public.

Our forefathers created this country in a manner, which would make it safe from the chaos created by the Patriot Act.

I am slowly beginning to favor a national recall election.
