Our freedom continues to be attacked.
For on-line players there are two bills currently under consideration that will restrict or eliminate the ability of American players to play on-line poker. These are: H.R. 4411, H.R. 4777 and the Kyl proposal

If you live in Ohio, the state has begun investigating all poker games. I am particularly interested in their attacks on local free tournaments that cost players nothing to enter and never cost the participants anything to play. (It's not gambling if you risk nothing!)
Poker players who wish to continue to play are going to need to get politically active. Below are some links for Ohio players. Please use these to educate yourself on the law and then contact your lawmakers to express your views:
