So I guess sane and smart people will have to start getting their data from satellites of other countries.

Hey, you know if there is no data then climate change can’t be verified and just becomes an unprovable “theory” or “hoax.”

Anything that couldn’t contradict “the Donald” is being eliminated.
 
It take money and manpower to keep this satellite running. In this situation a go-fund-me account would be apporiate. People who actually care about this could fund its continuation.

You know Trump. "If we don't do testing; we don't have any cases". Trump in 2020. He's the dumbest person we've ever seen in government. He actually believes the majority of people fall for his lunacy. We don't.

Who operates the satellite? Is it operated by private corporations or the government? If it's the government, and I believe it is (NASA/NOAA/NWS), Trump doesn't care about donations. He would still find a way to destroy it and keep any GoFundMe funds.

Congress funded the missions and may fund them again​

Presidential budget proposals are wish lists that often bear little resemblance to final congressional budgets. The Orbiting Carbon Observatory missions have already received funding from Congress through the end of the 2025 fiscal year, which ends Sept. 30. Draft budgets that Congress is currently considering for next year keep NASA funding basically flat. But it's not clear whether these specific missions will receive funding again, or if Congress will pass a budget before current funding expires on Sept. 30.

Last week, NASA announced it will consider proposals from private companies and universities that are willing to take on the cost of maintaining the device that is attached to the International Space Station, as well as another device that measures ozone in the atmosphere.

Yet again. They're building universities while trump is crippling ours. The coming century, the US is being led to lose the competition. BRICS - all out defeating the US - is already 35% of the world GDP to G7 28%, and 50-60% of the global population. Crippling the US all to fund oligarchy and corruption like big oil in the short term.

Remember, last year trump told oil companies if they gave him a billion dollars, they could have any policy they want. They gave him a lot - not quite a billion - and he's giving them the policies they want.

Which proves he lied about Project 2025. He knew about it. He was involved in fine tuning it. He lied over and over again denying knowing anything about it.

He's human scum to the 10th power.

What's hard to believe is that when asked about it, and he said he knew nothing but there were things he liked and didn't like - how did he know then - he was never asked to specify what he would and wouldn't do from it. He got away with that answer.
