I heard a US Congressman once speculate technology was soon getting to the place where people would be able to vote on legislation directly. An interesting concept.
Assuming the technology was solid and ironclad safeguards against fraud were in place, would your support allowing the American public make up a third house of congress whereby 2 of the 3 (The House, The Senate and the public) could pass laws?
