"Speaking at the Museum of the Bible on Monday, President Donald Trump repeated one of his favorite falsehoods as of late: That his deployment of the National Guard in Washington, DC, has virtually eliminated crime in the nation’s capital.

That is, of course, not true. But if that outright falsehood was not egregious enough, consider that Trump also complained that reports of domestic violence are inflating crime statistics and implied they should not be considered “crimes” at all.

“Things that take place in the home, they call crime,” Trump said. “They’ll do anything they can to find something. If a man has a little fight with the wife, they say this was a crime, see? So now I can’t claim 100 percent [reduction in crime].”

The one crime Trump doesn't seem to have a problem with? Domestic violence.

Perhaps he exaggerates but there is no doubt his actions have made a huge difference in the amount of crime in D.C. But, hey since it's not zero let's complain. After all if you can't get to zero, why bother, that's clearly the outlook of the progressives.

The one crime?

There's tons Trump has no problem with: election fraud, campaign finance violations, bank fraud, insurance fraud, wire fraud, manipulating the stock market; sexual assault, pedophilia, sex trafficking minors; contempt of court, theft of government property, state-sanctioned murder, denying habeas corpus, undermining posse comitatus, vandalizing the capitol, seditious conspiracy and mass shootings.

The guy approves of practically every crime there is except for random street crimes and apparently, voting against him.

Just a little recent disagreement that ended with a non-criminal murder in DC ...

"According to the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD), officers responded to a domestic dispute on Galveston Street around 6:40 a.m. They found an adult male, now identified as 63-year-old Robert Dent, with stab wounds.

First responders arrived on the scene and attempted lifesaving measures, but Dent did not survive.

Officers later located and detained Anna Hyman, 22, of Southeast D.C. She was arrested and charged with second-degree murder while armed."

The most controversial scene is that of Trump raping his first wife, Ivana, after she belittles him for growing fat and bald.
