Another weak response by Biden much like his "minor incursion" remark that emboldened Putin before he ultimately invaded. Now he makes the same mistake and gives Putin incentive to use WMD. We couldn't have a worse president at this extremely critical point in his and Putin will likely use WMD very soon because of it. Biden being president of America is "very scary".

"We will respond if he uses it,” Biden said, referring to Russian President Vladimir Putin. “The nature of the response depends on the nature of the use.”

"Russia has a long track record of accusing others of what they are either already doing or about to do, and that is the kind of projection that we’ve seen in the last couple of weeks. And it’s very scary,” Biden said in an interview Tuesday."

jesus, let's just thank (the alleged) god that we have responsible adults in the White House at this moment in time.

Just SCARY AS HELL to think about where things could stand right now if that reckless orange maniac and his corrupt, pathetic band of republican yes men were still in there... 😨

Csm:

What do you think a US President should do in this situation? If President Biden is making the wrong moves in this "very scary" crisis, what do you think are the right moves?

Cheers and be well.
Evilroddy.

Simple really.
A strong response instead of a weak indecisive response.

What does this mean in actual practical terms? What is a “strong response”? Name an actual policy you’d like to see enacted.

Bidens response:

A strong response:
WMD in Ukraine is unacceptable and is a game changer in United States policy in this war. If Putin wants to feel the might of America's military this is how to make that happen.

That’s not any more meaningful than anything Biden said.

What does “unacceptable” and “a game changer” mean in practical terms? Advocate for an actual policy.

I watched the press conference and heard his comments in full. I thought he was saying if they act inside Ukraine or go into Russia is the thing that depends. I was relieved to hear an unequivocal Yes, we will respond.

did Russia invade anybody while the reckless orange maniac were there. ?
I mean he was Putin's puppet and all that.

I don't think that's a bad answer. Don't want to paint yourself into a corner.

Respond with what? More sanctions?

You want a red line right? Where should he draw it? Ambiguity is very necessary in this "scarry crisis".
Ambiguity is why Putin invaded Ukraine. If Biden would have said we will not let Putin win in Ukraine and flooded Ukraine with weapons as we conducted diplomacy Putin wouldn’t have invaded.

@Chainsawmassacre

You still haven’t given any specific policy. What does “feel the might of the American military” mean?

Full scale war ending with mutual nuclear destruction?

He did. This was last year.

It is not slander to corrector point out that you have no ****ing clue what you are talking about, and are just a parrot for right wing loser bullshit.

I prefer a tepid response to challenging a cornered mad dog with enough nuclear weapons to destroy life as we know it on this planet.

By the way, all of President Biden's weak responses have been followed through. How would you say Russia is doing these days. Do you seriously want American troops in a fight in Europe?

Still can’t figure out what bizzaro-world one would have to be living in to conclude that the last month has left Russia looking strong and the United States weak.

It means what it says. A military response. Saying exactly what that would be would be stupid.
