2. Serino (bluffing): "What if I told you we had a recording of the event?"
Zimmerman: "Thank God. I was hoping someone had recorded it."

3. The 4-minute stopwatch representing the time the "scared" Trayvon Martin had to get away from the "creepy" Zimmerman.

4. The Vietnam medic who said he could tell which of his men were screaming for their lives in war. He identified the screams on the tape as Zimmerman's.

5. The entire testimony of Dr. DeMayo.

I would give the MVP not to any witness but to the defense for keeping the trial as short as possible, pressing the point that the state has proven nothing at all. I am not sure of the law, but it seems that the defense should have cautioned the jury that mansalughter, although called a "lesser" included offense is still avery serious felony, thus not really any "compromise" verdict, with the "aggravting" factors of a minor as the victim and a gun being used, it carries a possible sentence of 30 years under Floriduh law - more than the 19.1 year average sentence for murder 2.

Yes, all of the above, plus the concrete slab that O'Mara brought in!

Det. Serino without a doubt. The judge can ask a jury to ignore statements all she wants but everyone heard the man responsible for 3 long interviews with Zim state he believed him.

Its funny, a lot of the commentators were really critical of the "4-minute" trick. I actually thought that that was one of the aspect of the closing with the biggest impact.
