Americans talked with Russians? Why is that strange? Russia gave Bill Clinton half a million dollars for making one speech one time. Before the election. Is that crooked? Why would it be crooked?
Democrats are playing on American gullibility by pushing such stupid crap hype.

Trump is both a spy & a traitor.

WASHINGTON — President Trump boasted about highly classified intelligence in a meeting with the Russian foreign minister and ambassador last week, providing details that could expose the source of the information and the manner in which it was collected, a current and a former American government official said Monday.

The intelligence disclosed by Mr. Trump in a meeting with Sergey V. Lavrov, the Russian foreign minister, and Sergey I. Kislyak, the Russian ambassador to the United States, was about an Islamic State plot, according to the officials. A Middle Eastern ally that closely guards its own secrets provided the information, which was considered so sensitive that American officials did not share it widely within the United States government or pass it on to other allies.

Does anyone else thing it’s really, really weird that Trump isn’t taking offense to the fact that the FBI thought he was working for the Russians? He’s just lashing out at the NYT for reporting it, or the FBI for being corrupt.

It’s like a ‘tell’ from a toddler when they scream and wail and otherwise distract from the obvious fact that they... did whatever you suspect.

Again, an unnamed 'secret' source. Such unnamed sources have been the biggest providers of 'secret' information to leftist media conspiracy theorists by far for years.

Is that James Comey defending Hillary from journalists wanting to ask questions about Benghazi and Hillary's private email server?

The FBI demonstrated grave concern about a sitting president acting like a Russian agent, and that is all the effort you put into deflecting for him?

Lazy.

I don't like Trump, but his business dealings have put him in the company of many Russians. Business dealings. Can other dealings be possible? Of course. So where is the proof? It's been a couple of years and none has been delivered. Let's find the real crime. Infidelity, character defects, lies, sleaze, immorality, narcissism, and nearly no end of options. So many places to seek this illicit behaviour, but collusion will never fly. He is in collusion with MBS in Saudi Arabia. Death and destruction in Syria and LIbya. Starvation, famine, dead kids in Yemen. Cut the nonsense and direct inquiries in more productive directions, eh?

Well, that's more effort than marke put into it. I'll give you that.

The FBI is/was concerned. They started an investigation before Mueller became special counsel. Mueller is continuing the investigation. Whatever there is proof of, I'm sure it's being uncovered. Hopefully we'll have a report fairly soon.

But there is so very much material to sort through ... so very many connections between Russia and Trump and Trump's criminal or otherwise shady associates ... that we have to give it time.

Marke, I always wonder whether Truth/fact is of any importance to you. Every single time you put up any information it is always skewed to your viewpoint.

Here are the facts. From 2002 to 2012, Clinton made 13 speeches in which he was paid at least $500,000. He actually made over $104 million dollars. Here is the list and you will notice that only one of them was Russia.

2003 -- Japan, $500,000 Sakura Asset Management (Japanese finance corporation) (A note: This speech was canceled, but the fee went to Clinton’s presidential library foundation);

2008 -- California, $500,000, Power Within (life coach Anthony Robbins’ brand);

2010 -- Russia, $500,000, Renaissance Capital (Russian finance corporation);

2010 -- United Arab Emirates, $500,000, Novo Nordisk (Danish pharmaceutical company);

2011 -- Nigeria, $700,000, THISDAY (newspaper);

2011 -- Austria, $500,000, Center for Global Dialogue and Cooperation (Austrian nongovernmental organization);

2011 -- Netherlands, $600,000, Achmea (Dutch finance corporation);

2011 -- China, $550,000, Huatuo CEO Forum (business conference);

2011 -- United Arab Emirates, $500,000, Abu Dhabi Global Environmental Data Initiative (international environmental information organization);

2011 -- Hong Kong, $750,000, Ericsson (Swedish multinational communications technology company);

2012 -- Nigeria, $700,000, THISDAY (newspaper);

2012 -- Austria, $500,000, Center for Global Dialogue and Cooperation (Austrian nongovernmental organization);

2012 -- Italy, $500,000, Technogym (fitness equipment manufacturer).

This is what is called being an entrepreneur and a Capitalist, which is something that all Republicans support, including Trump. There was nothing suspicious about his speeches .

On the other side of the coin, at least 16 people next to Trump have had contacts with Russia, and unlike Clinton, those meetings were not announced, had no clear entrepreneurship attached to them, and they all lied about the meetings when asked.

Even someone as biased toward Trump has to see there is something fishy there, no?

Your example is bogus.

Naw, it was TOTALLY innocent, it's just not anybody's biz but Trump's. Trump is king right? So if he's king of the #1 country then he's obviously king (and emporer) of the whole world. How DARE you question that. Dumm libruls, what can ya do?

Innocent people lie all the time so stupid people like the libturd left won't make up phony conspiracies, and it's typical behavior for innocent fols, to defend themself, EVERYBODY knows that. Trump should shoot Mueller, his base would find that perfectly admirable.:roll:

You seem to be drunk as your post makes no sense, is full or typing errors and is ironic, which you have never shown a tendency to be.

Go at that bottle marke, it is the only solace you have from the reality of Trump.

I'm not marke, he posts ludicrous stuff like I just did, I'm poking fun at what scares the **** out of me. That these folks have SO lost their grip, they will literally give Trump a mulligan on EVERYTHING and ANYTHING as long as it A. Get's the libs, and B, makes them feel empowered, and C. expresses common fear of non whites.

I mean these people THINK he's kept promises. Not even the tax cut fulfilled campaign promises. It was an economic sugar rush, givaway to donor class. They feel like "Hey I save $30 a year, Trump cares about ME PERSONALLY!" But the promise was to close loopholes (fail)

That he and his friends would pay more, another lie. They carefully craft the argument always shifting goalp[osts to tell us how wonderful he is, when he hasn't done crap, has no actual policy and the show has been run by the incopetents around him. ANYONE could have done whatr he's done, better than he could have!

The lies just go endlessly and literally, in some of their feeble minds, a decent GDP number, a $0.10 bump in wages and a reasonably good market, is PROFF that Trump is all wonder and ANYONE who dislikes him can ONLY dilike him based of "fake news" . I swear many of themliterally seem to believe, that if you don't lkike Trump, it's willful and arbitrary without any sound reason. It boggles the mind. It really is a cult, and when this is over, there will be BILLIONS Spent on pscichaitry and "deprogramming". Crazy as that sounds, it's not, it will be the case.

The most ardent of his supporters around here, they'll go quiet for a bit, but once they think their posts are forgotten, the denials of having supported him will be ABUNDANT!

Bill is cleared since he only made one speech for which the Russians paid him half a million dollars? Why is he clean while so many business people who got no money from Russia are to be deemed guilty of some unknown crime for talking to Russians about who knows what?

Not to mention decades of Russian mob association, money laundering, bribery and countless other crimes that have been doubtlessly uncovered...

Mueller is digging where he's been allowed to dig. Mueller seems to me to be one smart, patriotic MF and I would guess (and hope) that he's been collecting all he can and putting Easter Eggs in the baskets of state and local prosecutors where possible. I hope SA, Syria and Libyan shenanigans are exposed to the extent they exist, but Russia is deserving of special attention.

President Trump has gone to extraordinary lengths to conceal details of his conversations with Russian President Vladi*mir Putin, including on at least one occasion taking possession of the notes of his own interpreter and instructing the linguist not to discuss what had transpired with other administration officials, current and former U.S. officials said. Trump did so after a meeting with Putin in 2017 in Hamburg that was also attended by then-Secretary of State Rex Tillerson. U.S. officials learned of Trump’s actions when a White House adviser and a senior State Department official sought information from the interpreter beyond a readout shared by Tillerson.

The constraints that Trump imposed are part of a broader pattern by the president of shielding his communications with Putin from public scrutiny and preventing even high-ranking officials in his own administration from fully knowing what he has told one of the United States’ main adversaries. As a result, U.S. officials said there is no detailed record, even in classified files, of Trump’s face-to-face interactions with the Russian leader at five locations over the past two years. Such a gap would be unusual in any presidency, let alone one that Russia sought to install through what U.S. intelligence agencies have described as an unprecedented campaign of election interference.

I'm sure it's perfectly innocent. Always is, with him. Maybe he secured Russia's secret help in getting rid of NK's nukes.

I'm sorry that your and Trump's respective asses are so chapped over the FBI looking after national interests.

Oh wait, no I'm not.

The FBI demonstrated grave concern about a sitting president acting like a Russian agent, and that is all the effort you put into deflecting for him?

Lazy.

IOW., more glaring proof of the Obama Swamp/Deep State seditious conspiracy that the nation has been subjected to since BEFORE the 2016 election, by the corrupt leadership of the Obama Swamp KGB-FBI/DOJ.

Democrats are playing on American gullibility by pushing such stupid crap hype.

LOL Trump was offered a deal from Putin worth 100's of millions to him . There are whole floors in Trump Tower bought by Russians. How much is that worth to Trump? Trump is Putin's "useful idiot". You got snookered by a conman and you think that we are the gullible ones? You were warned and you did not listen.

Ignorance is bliss, that is why historically cultists are blissful...

Oh wait, no I'm not.

The FBI has made mistakes and has done some stupid things, especially under the incompetent misdirection of biased partisans like James Comey. But the FBI is not human and does not act with one voice. We see how cruel partisans at the helm have turned the FBI into a cruel partisan tool for cruel partisan purposes but that does not mean all FBI agents are cruel partisans.

Trump is bad for supposedly having been offered a business deal that fell through? Or Trump is bad because Russians bought property from him? Lefties just will not be reasonable. Is there some sort of deliberateness in this blind open hatred for Trump?
