The left and center has every reason to be angry as hell with Trump's base.

We see him for the mostly failed, corrupt, dishonest, wannabe mobster he is, and has always been and everyone has known. He gives you a bunch of vague promises he half asses on at best, is allowing huge deregulation, well beyond helping business, basically handing big energy the licesne to rape public lands, pollute at will without accountability.

We watch him use childish tarrifs aimlessly, clearly out of his depth, not even having a basic understanding of trade. We watch all those stock market gains start to slide, confidence going down, investigations mounting, public evidence mounting, the rule of law deteriorating.

Then he withdraws from Syria via tweet? Yeah, wonderful job handing Syria to Russia and Iran. Ending sanctions on Russia.

Now he's even screwing his own allies in the senate with the shutdown over his folly wall.

This is damaging to the very fabric our country and you blindly cheer him on, watching convenient political porn and fearing brown invasions that don't actually threaten you.

Impeachment will soon become a priority, and what's hilarious is I know a bunch of the usual suspects will flock to defend him, but, even his people in the senate are going to turn. THis **** show is not going to get better.

Yeah, for your complicity, we have plenty f reason to be angry. You really think anyone fears Trump supporters "revolting"? I mean they and their attitudes are indeed revolting, but revolutions come, always from the left. Right wing "rebels" are astroturfed, that's why it never happens.

Impeachment AND removal becomes more realistic day by day, tic tic tic tic!:lamo

just out of curiosity, what makes you think that 2/3 or the Senate will convict? that seems exceptionally unlikely. this is a cult, after all.

Being angry with over 1/3 of your peers is not healthy.

Why should they be mad at Trump's base? Trump's base didn't elect him president, Democrats in three blue states did. If they want to be angry as hell, let them be angry as hell at Democrats in Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania.

Te way he casually threw them all under the bus after last night's vote is a start, and Syria, have you seen what some of them are starting to say publicly? Privately, everyone has known for a while, even among some who publicly support him, he's not privately respected or liked in any way, they'll turn when the base turns, and if he loses on this "wall" his base will start turning.

he currently has 86% approval among members of the Trumpist party.

unless that goes down, there will probably not be a single Trumpist vote to convict in the Senate. my guess is that they're going to let him get away with whatever the Mueller report reveals.

Is this going to be your nonsense anti-Trump rant for the day?

There is only a couple of thousand troops in Syria, easy to return if need arises. Also you rant about Trumps deplorable supporters, the alternative was Hillary and that is a real deplorable outcome and its why Trump is President. Defend corrupt Hillary if you like but deleting 30,000 emails that were under subpeona is a felony offense. There is no defense and the only reason she would have done that is to cover some real dirt.

I take it you equating the Right with Republicans, the Left with democrats and the center with independents. Independents never cared much for Trump to begin with. Only independents, the center disliked him less than they disliked Hillary and put Trump into the white house.

If you're equating the center to independents, those inbetween both parties, 54% of them disliked and didn't want neither Trump nor Clinton to become their next president.

https://news.gallup.com/opinion/pol...mericans-dislike-presidential-candidates.aspx

But as stated, 57% of Independents disliked Trump or had an unfavorable view of him while 70% of independents had that same unfavorable view of Hillary. Question 10 and 11.

Fact is independents, the center never liked Trump much. A 40% favorable rating for Trump on election day, 38% today. Not much changed there. What has changed, remember Trump won 46% of the independent vote to Hillary 42% with 12% voting third party, the center or independents put Trump into the White House. But independents for the midterms voted Democratic 54-42 over the Republican congressional candidates. A total rejection of Trump? Without Hillary Clinton on the ballot to save Trump and the GOP, I'd say the rejection of Trump by the center, independents is close to it. But they never cared much for Trump to begin with. Should be of no surprise.
