Global Affairs have changed much through the centuries or in today's present time. In global affairs, the common practice is the law of the jungle, the law of force, might makes right, the law of the gun that has governed world affairs between powers. Would anybody argue that this rule of force in global affairs has fostered terrorists and could actually bring the destruction of mankind?
