They disrespect the new Justice on her big day, disrespect the office, show such pettiness not based on any substantive issue like their offensive lies that she supports pedophiles but simply acting spitefully because their corruption lost this battle, as they storm out of the room on her approval. This shows who they are, dedicated enemies of the American people in effectively an organized crime outfit.

The same thing could be said about when Gorsuch, Kavanaugh and Amy were confirmed. Democrats created this hostile conformation process, now they have to own it.
