After cracking Nashville this decade to get an 8-1 map in TENNESSEE, the GOPukkkes will now crack Kansas City, giving Missouri a 7-1 map next year.
 
Cool.

I'm sure the fines will be enough. Retroactive punishment isn't super cool, as the Republicans seem to agree.
