This is the season for gift giving. And nobody has been more lavish in gift giving than President Trump. Indeed, he has bestowed upon his hero, Vladimir Putin, a flood of gifts without seeking anything in return, the mark of true recognition of the light from the East that he has apparently seen.

Without asking for something in return, Trump has initiated an ongoing destabilization of domestic and foreign policies to the point where he is deranging NATO. Trump is also looking the other way as Putin solicits Japan to say that no U.S. forces could ever be stationed on the Kuril Islands if they are returned to Japan. Even more charitably Trump’s administration have ignored reports of a Russian air base on an island off of Venezuela that will pave the way for a permanent Russian presence there.
===================================================
Trump has also lifted sanctions on a huge Russian aluminum company (RUSAL) under control of Oleg Deripaska, a GRU agent in his other guise. But the greatest gift from Trump to Putin: U.S. withdrawal from Syria in return for nothing.

Much more in the article. Do you still think Trump is not Putin's puppet?

Don't be fooled by the nonsense and spin. Trump didn't do Putin any favors by pulling out of Syria. Russia will have to step up their game...and expense...to deal with the remaining ISIS in Syria. No more US. No more Kurds. It's Russia's and Assad's baby.

Speaking of the Kurds, Saudi Arabia has taken over their protection. Putin doesn't have any influence over SA. Neither does Turkey. Oh...and btw...the US will continue to sell arms to SA and their ME allies. Nobody in the ME is being left in a lurch. Especially not Israel.

The Kuril Islands? What makes anyone think Trump wants to put US troops there? If that's the only condition Russia has, then that's an easy win for Japan...at Russia's expense.

So no...Trump is NOT Putin's puppet. Trump is Putin's worst nightmare.

You should probably study more on the situation, the kuril islands are currently russian and have been since ww2 by treaty the us signed as a way to get stalin to aid in the pacific front, since russians ownership of those islands is legal, they hold the right to place any condition they wish if it were traded back to japan. Further japan and south korea have been warming up to russia and seeking military alliance with russia, if they do so it gives them american forces from the south and east of china and russian forces to the north, basically puting china and north korea in a bad place to make any moves.

On venezuala it is not out country, america does not own it, and russia only sent bombers there in a small enough number not to matter, it was a show of force, but russia will not give them nukes, There is no reason to give them nukes and it benefits russia in no way but rather worsens world security. What russia was doing was a show of force as a reminder they are allied with that nation as a means to prevent invasion rather than an attempt to arm them.

On the sanctions on aluminum from rusal, it barely did anything to russia and hurt the world more, as aluminum prices rise any lost customers are offset by higher prices to existing customers, this is an example of the road to hell being paved with good intentions, as the sanctions against rusal punished the west more than anyone, even those who never bought from them suffered from rising metal costs from the largest exporter of that metal being sanctioned.

Those Russian bombers could give Trump his 'Wag the Dog' excuse to invade Venezuela just before the 2020 election. And they have oil, too. They could replace all the Chevron signs with pix of The Donald.

The north coast of Venezuela would be a tempting target for a few Marine assault forces. War could be over just after the polls close. Invoke the Monroe Doctrine to justify taking over their oil fields.

BTW you are wrong but if you where right Mueller slow walking his investigation would be a crime that you have not protested.

You are going to end up wrong no matter what happens.
