[Quoting myself from another source:]

"While a very real 'shooting' war continues in Ukraine, an economic war is being waged between a rather ill-defined coalition of democracies and Russia. It consists of various sanctions imposed upon Russia and Russia's use of 'work-arounds' to counteract them.

"It can prove difficult, given the available news reports and government statements, to see just how the economic war is going. There's a guide, however. It's the exchange rate between the US dollar and the Russian ruble. There are several charts available on the 'net. One's at: USD RUB | Chart | United States Dollar - Russian Ruble (businessinsider.com)

"A quick glance at the chart shows that Russia has, thus far, countered the sanctions quite well."

Regards, stay safe 'n well 'n remember the Big 5.

As we well know...the puppet told us...the sanctions were never meant to deter Russia.

Kind makes you wonder what the sanctions are for, doesn't it? Perhaps the purpose is to make things bad for the citizens of western democracies?

After all, the first thing the Biden pukes did after they installed Biden into the WH was to cripple our energy production industry. Now they are crippling our food industry with sanctions against Russia that they admit won't do anything to stop Russia from engaging in war with Ukraine.

Also makes you wonder what they'll cripple next.
