The fake peace deal

Like everything else with Trump, the “peace deal” between Israel and the UAR is basically fake. A key element of the deal was that Israel said that they would stop “annexation “ of Palestinian land in the West Bank, but that is simply not true. Here is what Netanyahu has to say about it:

“Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that there is "no change" to his plans to apply sovereignty over territories in the West Bank in the wake of a historic peace agreement with the UAE.

While delivering remarks from his office in Jerusalem, Netanyahu noted, however, that Israel's annexation plans are "temporarily" suspended and will only be pursued in tandem with the Trump White House.

"There is no change in my plans to apply sovereignty over Judea and Samaria, with full coordination with the US,” he said, referring to the West Bank by its biblical name.”

So Trump lies again when he brags about how “great” this supposed deal was. It was fake, just like so many of his deals.

Ummm….it is based on the false premise of ending the taking of Palestinian land by Israel. That was just an out-and-out-lie by Trump. Then again, what's not an out-and-out lie by Trump?

Whenever Trump makes a statement, no matter the statement, the first item on the agenda for everyone is to determine where the lie is and how egregious it is this time.

Area C isn't Palestinian land and the agreement indeed was to suspend annexation plans of area C, so there's nothing wrong here.
And it's irrelevant, the agreement is about the normalization of relations between the UAE and Israel, and that is always a good thing when two countries stop being enemies.
