Just who do these fine folks imagine they are deluding.
Those supplies that are not directly part of opec are not able to supply the US with all the oil that would be required.
Well perhaps the Russians might be able to at a stretch.
But would u want the Russian Government dictating policy to the US under the threat that if the US did not comply, then supplies would would be (for some mysterious reason) be cut.

Well, Russian immigrants can mean different things, I mean the guy is named Joe Kaufman, it sounds like the Jewish-American version of "Don't buy Jewish" to me, they might be able to attract some bible belt freaks.
