Yeah because a party does not vote for you, you should change your entire voting habits.

That is what you conservatives call a flip flopper. Isn't that a bad thing according to you guys? Wait a minute, I guess if they flip flop to conservative views it is ok right?

Uh.....remember this...gotta love that short term memory

" FACT SHEET:

Bush Waged Nasty Smear Campaign Against McCain in 2000
Bush Supporters Called McCain The Fag Candidate. In South Carolina, Bush supporters circulated church fliers that labeled McCain the fag candidate. Columnist Frank Rich noted that the fliers were distributed even as Bush subtly reinforced that message by indicating he wouldnt hire openly gay people for his administration.

McCain Slurs Included Illegitimate Children, Homosexuality And A Drug-Addict Wife.
Among the rumors circulated against McCain in 2000 in South Carolina was that his adopted Bangladeshi daughter was actually black, that McCain was both gay and cheated on his wife, and that his wife Cindy was a drug addict.

Bush Campaign Used Code Words to Question McCains Temper.
A smear campaign of the ugliest sort is now coursing through the contest for the presidency in 2000. Using the code word "temper," a group of Senate Republicans, and at least some outriders of the George W. Bush campaign, are spreading the word that John McCain is unstable. The subtext, also suggested in this whispering campaign, is that he returned from 5 1/2 years as a POW in North Vietnam with a loose screw. And it is bruited about that he shouldn't be entrusted with nuclear weapons.

Bush Supporters Questioned McCains Sanity.
Some of George W. Bush's supporters have questioned Republican presidential candidate John McCain's fitness for the White House, suggesting that his five years as a prisoner of war in North Vietnam drove him insane at the time.

Bush Supporters Spread Racist Rumors About McCains Daughter.
Bush supporters in South Carolina made race-baiting phone calls saying that McCain had a black child. The McCains daughter, Bridget, was adopted from Mother Teresas orphanage in Bangladesh. In August 2000, columnist Maureen Dowd wrote that the McCains are still seething about Bush supporters in South Carolina spreading word of their dark-skinned adopted daughter.

Rove Suggests Former POW McCain Committed Treason and Fathered Child With Black Prostitute.
In 2000, McCain operatives in SC accused Rove of spreading rumors against McCain, such as suggestions that McCain had committed treason while a prisoner of war, and had fathered a child by a black prostitute, according to the New Yorker. "

Yeah and John McCain has been one of President Bush's biggest supporters since then...........

Sounds more like campaign rhetoric to me..............I don't think Mccain would be such a big supporter if all that tripe is true........do you?

That just shows that Mccain is either really stupid, or he has a plan.

Damn I thought you had me on ignore.........;)

McCain's a flip-flopper (fence-hugger, what have you) and Lieberman is a democrat. Both are douchebags. hehe

I'm glad the left did what they did. They are finally showing their kookiness by slicing off the unwanted baggage and leaning full force thru the leftern most wall in the left field of Partisan Field, D.C.

Here's some quotes that are said about Lieberman from the Left:

"The Democratic Party needs to stick a finger down its throat and purge all the poisonous traitors and DLCers ['centrist' Democrat Leadership Council members] from its gut. No better place to start than in Connecticut, with a hearty upchuck of Joe Lieberman." - The Democratic Underground website

"He [Lieberman] is LOATHESOME ... the people have spoken: GET OUT, muthaf---er!!" - The Democratic Underground website

"To every Democratic Senator and Congressman who continues to back Bush's War, allow me to inform you that your days in elective office are numbered." - Michael Moore

Even Hillary Clinton is no longer left enough for these "left wing leaders". They might dump her because she's against the war, but won't regret her decision about voting for the war. Until she openly demonizes her vote the looney left with cut her off too.

All partisanship aside, I actually fear for the future of the democratic party. They have gone from the respectable FDRs and JFKs and gone into the crooked hands of the Carter's and the McGovern's. The democrat party is spiraling down the toilet at a rapid rate. The kooks will destroy your party. Y'all need more Liebermans.

{The above quotes came from the August 2006 Limbaugh Letter, page 2, 2nd and 9th bullets of paragraph 7 and on page 3, enlarged, green quote.}

Those are from the FAR left. Shall I post quotes from Pat Robertson, Phelps, and Ann Coulter (Both from the right) as well? Let's show both extremes.

...What ever blows your dress up...

Like I said, when you show no difference between the left and the far left, it shows your ignorance. The right has its fair share of crazies too, just remember that.

Standard fare, and not unexpected. If you would like me to place you on ignore I most certainly will, you need only ask. It would likely save me the trouble of attempting to debate your statements, only to see a standard dodge, and save you quite a bit of embarassment.

It was the far left that rallied around Lamont and defeated Lieberman, so I think quotes from the far left are appropriate.

It's getting pretty hard to tell who's running the democratic party these days, but it sure appears the far left has the upper hand.

Actually you will find that the people that vote in primarys whether they be democratic or republican or the far left of the party and even with that happening Lieberman only lost by 4%

the odious Phelps is one of yours.

I remember the plethora of demorgasms over Jim Jeffords defection-now the donkeys bray that it would be nasty if Lieberman voted for the GOP in the caucus. TFB

First, Liebermann would have to realize that the radical leftists who control the Dem Party have an anti-Israeli bias. Second, he'd have to realize that Welfare politics is harmful to those people it's designed to benefit. If he realized those truths, he woul become a Republican, and be welcomed with cheers!

Then you don't know the left.

Um a radical right-wing Christian? I think not, he is on your side of the spectrum.
