They claim in their "accounts" that this and that happened, it's on them to prove that this has really happened in a court.

Jesus... It's called a testimony. And in court it would be the exact same thing. A testimony. You don't prove witness testimonies in court.

Refusing to use the legitimate means (courts, media, etc) and the hiding of your identity would not be done if you are actually telling the truth.

First, military courts would be used. Second, divulging who they are runs them the risk of being hurt or killed. You obviously want this, but I don't see the reason why someone should get injured for speaking out. Third, there's absolutely no reason to not take these allegations at face value and investigate them. If they're fake, investigating it will prove that. If they're not, justice will prevail.

But we all know Apoc is against justice.
