The constitution is stupid

The indoctrination runs wide and deep in american society, beginning in utero and wrapping up at the burial site, it's the only way to maintain a compliant population in a society that runs on illusion.

The compliance comes from the fact that you are a wealthy nation. The government and the autocrats can afford to lock their slaves into golden chains with luxury. A fat slave does not try to escape.

Your kidding with that? Your country is nothing more than an oligarchy.
Nor can you make such an obvious association in to anything resembling a cause.

Coming from someone who supports an ideology which is among the most evil in human history, second only to Nazism, your claims have no relevance.

You ever figure out why a “charity” would need guns and bombs buddy? Or what a Marine aircraft crashing in Mississippi has to do with “empire”? It seems the indoctrinated one is you.

Not that i do any such thing. It is more a case of your being so brain washed by propaganda that you do not know what socialism is,only what you have been told to think about it.

You clearly know nothing about history.

Seriously, why do we need to attach free speech into some word written by men no different than us?

Why can't we just have guns, why do we need specifically to say that "we can have guns" on some piece of paper.

You might have noticed that even with those words written on paper, our government has repeatedly and vigorously violated both principles.

We write them down on paper, and call that important, to make it more difficult for tyrannical pieces of **** to ignore the principles this country was founded upon.

Sadly, we haven't made it difficult enough.

The Constitution is safer when we have split government. It's under the greatest assault when one party dominates.

No, it is a case of me looking at the body count every single time socialism is implemented, looking at you supporting regimes which murder millions of innocent people, and then dismissing the downright pathetic excuses you use for defending such regimes.

Because...reality

All laws must be justified by some legal theory bc contrary to the beliefs of rightwinger the only laws that exist in nature are the laws of physics

The constitution has no value, it is just words written by man, it has no objective basis, it isn't some holy scripture, sculpted by God himself.

The constitution has no power, there is nothing special about it, it is just the thoughts of some men about how the country should be organized and what liberties should there be, no different from Mein Kampf, The Communist Manifesto, Atlas Shrugged or any other political writing. The constution is just a piece of paper, it's power is non-existant, and to do/not do something because of an old writing is idiocratic.

Because it's served us well so far as a framework for government.

Like most liberal things, its major failings relate to how it doesn't always go far enough. For example, i'd love to see a right to freedom of information amendment.

So i ask again even though i know you will fail to reply. if countries like russia are socialist because they call themselves as such, then countries like north korea must be a democratic republic because they call themselves as such. You of course must agree with this with your line of thinking?

Which is utter bullcrap as usual, because while North Korea possess none of the traits of a democracy countries like Russia possessed plenty of the traits of your beloved ideology. That's a rather pathetic attempt buddy; try to be more creative next time you toss me an easily debunked line of argument.

Not even one LIKE from either side.
This should tell you how us Americans feel about OUR constitution.

But laws are things that are just written on paper

Nope. Laws are agreements of acceptable standards of behavior by people.....THEN written on paper to record them.
The paper is nothing. It is the ideas and agreements written on them that convey laws.
I hope this helps.

Having two parties who want to violate it in different ways is poor security. I would rather have any number of parties who don't wish to violate it at all.

Nonsense, can you show me where in the ideology it states that murdering millions is a good idea?

Or that the wealth produced by the workers should go to finance a lavish lifestyle for the ruling class?

You cannot, all you can do is make a pathetic association with the word socialist.

Russia had none of the traits of a socialist ideology it only had the propaganda to advertise itself as such. Just the same as north korea does.

The fact that it has happened in every single one of your regimes makes it explicit that it is an integral part of your ideology. I’m not surprised you are in denial given that lies and brainwashing are an integral part of your ideology as well.

Every. Single. One. It’s not just Russia; every time your ideology has been implemented or even attempted the only thing it means is suffering and death for the common people.

Good luck finding that

How laughable that you do not know enough about history to understand why that it is.

You're confusing socialism with totalitarianism, as conservatives regularly do. Tell us about murderous regimes in Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, New Zealand.

I suppose if you are a Maori in New Zealand you wouldn't much consider the government there to be all nice and fuzzy like you seem to fantasize socialists are.

Norway is so pathetic it let a terrorist who murdered dozens of kids sue them because he couldn't choose what kind of video games to play---and a court backed him up.

This is the political version of an anti-vaxxer's declaration that vaccines aren't needed because the diseases that the vaccines protect us against, are no longer threats. Well, Sherlock, they're no longer threats because of vaccines.
