Several colours of green are associated with Christmas - the different colours of pine/spruce/fir trees, the colour of mistletoe, etc. Depends on what you're talking about.
Perhaps the biggest colour of green associated with Christmas is the colour of money, since that seems to be what Christmas is all about these days.
