What you describe is the political process and it's built in "do loop" structure.

It was Jeff Toobin who first pointed out that the left bypassed the legislative systems going directly to the courts to enforce their minority agenda.

So as an American, how does a woman have a right to an abortion in one state, but not in another? Sure doesn't sound like the United States to me. This is what led to the Roe ruling in the first place.

Conservatives are taking America backwards fast. It's a real shame to see. Go ban some more books and leave women's bodies alone. At least we can still buy the banned books anywhere.
