Religion has become a benchmark for political decisions;
Lobbyists reap benefits of corporations they represent by influencingour “elected” officials;
The majority political thoughts and views come from pundantswho have the gift of gab but no desire or ability to lead.
Why will candidates spend literally millions to get electedwith a salary of one hundred thousand?
Why do elected officials make a life's work at being elected?
Does congress do the work of the people or focus ondestroying the other party?

Radio and TV political talkies are the opioidof the people. We moan and complainbecause of the injustices in government decisions. We're whipped up into a frenzy based onbeliefs and feelings, not on facts. But thisis cathartic and keeps the masses controllable.
