I myself and Christian and pose a question...no, an challenge for fellow Christians.

How many of you follow the entire bible? How many have read the entire bible?

Remember The Sabbath, Remember the bible says give away all material possessions to the poor and to live with the poor. The bible says not to have pride(which is rather anti-American, hahaha). Also, who if called upon by God to kill the most beloved person to us will do so without question.

P.s before you ask I know that i myself am not perfect and do not completelyfollow the entire bible but I do try.

Do not try, please. It seems like you're scared. You can't do any good when you are so scared.

BTW where did you get your bible with such scary things in it? It's totally different from my Bible.

I don't understand either comments. One nothing I said was scary(to me). It's all in the new testament except for the last about killing most beloved person but thet was the story with Abraham having to sacrifice his son(in the end he did not). And I was asking Christians not Americans I'm not so much as prosylitizing.

It shows that I did not understand you. I’ve tried – but all you say is so meaningless to me. What is the difference for you to find out how many read the entire Bible and how many did not, - Christians or atheists or others? Ok, I don’t remember whether I read the entire Bible. I think, I am almost sure, I did, - but it was a long time ago. It does not make any difference to me now. Does it make any difference to you? What would you accomplish by reading the entire bible, - would it make you a Christian, a Jew, a Muslim or an atheist, or any smarter than you are now?

Nobody in right mind would think about following the entire bible. Even Pope would not. I would have to conclude that you are out of your mind if you try – that’s why I told you: don’t. Try to understand the meanings, if you can, - it is not so easy and it requires years of studies and thinking. If it is a problem for you, surrender and follow your heart and feelings, but don’t start intellectual debates and don’t start challenging other Christians and non-Christians; just pray for an answer and listen – check your personal private e-mail with your secret password. Go by Sole Fide.


I would be surprised to know if somebody remembers “’ the bible says… to live with the poor.’’ And I don’t even know what to say about you trying to follow such a commandment. Do not, please.

Are you questioning whether you should give all your possessions to poor? Do you have any possessions? Are you rich or are you poor? Can you really think it said was about you giving your possessions to me? What should I do if I never tried to calculate whether I was rich or poor? What if they told me that I was rich while I was counting myself to be poor? And what if they told me that I was poor when I was counting myself rich? What if I never think whether I am rich or poor? What if you tell me that I have possessions and I am sure I don’t? What tax bracket are you in that it makes you worry so much about being a camel? Have you received a direct offer to become an Apostle? If you have what is the problem for you about giving your possessions to me? And if you have not been called upon, what does make you to start thinking about distribution of your wealth? Do you see many Christians AND atheists in this country who do not have a heart to share with needy and less lucky fellow countrymen and foreigners for nothing as an award? The culture of giving in this country makes me think that we live under a totalitarian Christian regime.

I am sure nobody, even Pope remembers a word in the bible ‘’which is rather anti-American, hahaha’’.

Anyone would kill anybody if called upon by C-d, even a hard core atheist would do, if in right mind. What is unclear about it? Are you upset that Abraham was stopped? Are you questioning Abraham’s obedience to G-d? Did you try to put yourself in his shoes? What else could he do? What is your problem? I cannot understand what is going on in your head.

In a nutshell, people want to be called Christian, not be Christian, you and anyone else can go on how they go to Church or are a devout follower--but guess what? You also leaving something out. In fact if your part of any mainstream church you sure in the heck are keeping with the times of mammon. 100 years ago most major denominations in the US would not take in any member who loaned out money (usury); Lutherans believed they were the physical chosen, gays were unthinkable as parishoners or in laity, Blacks refused communion in same white church--the list could go on but it (our progenitors) caved into political and econmical means in which they slid under.
In fact I go to a mainstream cult where the Church Charter states they don't accept homosexuality, are against abortion and not once did I ever hear any of the past 4 pastors in a peroid of 30 years once say that. Ask yourself who the problem is and look in a mirror--you don't need to hold the mirror to us to make yourself feel holy.

Gee, you might try starting with Romans Chp. 3:1-4 before you start trying to impose the "law of sin and death" on everyone once more.
1 There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus,[a] who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. 2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death. 3 For what the law could not do in that it was weak through the flesh, God did by sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, on account of sin: He condemned sin in the flesh, 4 that the righteous requirement of the law might be fulfilled in us who do not walk according to the flesh but according to the Spirit.
