Dr. Ben Carson's whole life has been very unusual, so perhaps we should not be surprised to see the latest twist -- the media going ballistic over discrepancies in a few things he said.

Years ago, when I was writing some autobiographical sketches, I dug up old letters, to check out things that I remembered -- and was surprised more than once to discover that my memory was not always exactly the same as the way things had happened and were recorded at the time.


In the current flap over some things that Dr. Carson said, the biggest discrepancy has been between the furor in the media and the irrelevance of his statements to any political issue.


For example, in a video that someone dug up, Dr. Carson said to an audience that his "theory" about the Pyramids is that they were used as storage facilities. He was smiling as he said this, so it is not clear whether he was using this theory just to illustrate some point. But, in any case, he was not claiming this as a fact.

He's a pro-life politician who used to refer patients for abortions.

He's a doctor who sold his credibility for a petty $42,000 endorsing snake oil.

He's a "scientist" who claims the pyramids were built to store grain, while admitting that archeologists do not endorse such a bizarre view.

And who the hell "forgets" not getting a full ride scholarship ?

What political experience does he have to be president ? The several strange lies he has now regurgitated on the national stage.

The only way he's a "nightmare" for anyone, is anyones brain that has to painfully agonize trying to make any semblance of sense through his rambling, incoherent answers to any questions posed to him.

nobody was scared of sarah palin, but republicans were so scared about obama they spent millions on guns and underground bunkers.
 
The mainstream media has become, in a sense, an instrument of the Obama administration. They don’t expose information that would damage the administration. Many journalists has failed in their duty to report the truth to the American people. They long ago gave up any pretense of being impartial reporters of facts. This is a dangerous moment of American politics. Hopefully the people will see the light and rectify the situation in the 2016 presidential election.

The black Republican candidate Ben Carson threatens the power of the leftist ideologues. Since slavery up to segregation, lefties have used intimidation campaigns against black who threaten their power structure. Nowadays they use the left-wing media to dehumanize Ben Carson. This happened before with Clarence Thomas and Herman Cain.

They believe that because of their skin color, a person must think the way they do, and if they don’t, they view them with contempt. In reality they are the racists, they think blacks, as individuals, would not perform well unless the government help them.
 
This is the Republican nomination process. The liberals don't vote. Republicans do. Nominate him.

Character assassination works far better than actually analyzing a candidates positions on issues that matter. It’s easier to attack someone's reputation than questioning his policies. The mainstream media is not interested in Dr. Carson position on the issues, they are interested in digging speculative statements made over 20 years ago that are irrelevant to the presidential election on 2016. Voters want facts, not spin disguised as news.

Carson doesn't have any policies.
 
Around 85% of the media and entertainment industry lean to the left, and used their position to convince us that their ideology is the best for the country and dismiss opposing views. It is obvious that many voter are aware of it, and that is why the Democrats in the latest elections lost many contest at the state and local level to the Republicans. Under the Obama administration Democrats have lost over 900 state legislature seats, 12 governors, 69 House seats and 13 Senate seats.
