"The Anarchists Have Taken Over" -- The Idiocy Of Harry Reid...

“People who don’t believe in government — and that’s what the Tea Party is all about — are winning, and that’s a shame.”~ Harry Reid

And this is what's going to kill the Tea party in the end. Anarchism does not work.

You really believe that republicans are anti government?

and if we're going to mis-characterize, neither does communism, that's why the Dems will fail...

Oh, wait a minute, :slapme:

That's not a mis-characterization...

OK. If we do not have the government that we have now, what would we have? I like the idea of a Republic founded on ideas of Democracy; the system seems to me that it has worked quite well now for almost 240 years.

So does Harry Reid now think that anarchists run for office, get elected to congress and actually show up to debate and vote? Perhaps what Harry Reid really meant to say is any that oppose his efforts to make the huge federal nanny state get even bigger and more expensive are making his job harder.

the idiot doesn't realize Anarchists don't even vote. Because it legitimizes the government.

A much smaller federal gov't, as described in the constitution, that is limitted to those specific enumerated powers that it was given, leaving all else to the several states or to the people. Not once is education mentioned as a federal power in the constitution, and there are no federal schools, yet ED is the fastest growing, cabinet level, federal department.

OK. Why is it that the Tea Party doesn't like it than. Right now Congress is working on an Energy Bill. Why is it that the Tea Party does not take note on what's going on now?

They did legitimize the government; they became lawmakers! That's almost like an atheist wishing to legitimize their philosophy by joining a church!

The list of what Harry Reid does not realize is long indeed, yet the morons of Nevada keep sending him back to DC.

The Nevada PPACA "silver state" exchange will charge fees of $5 to $8 per month on the federally mandated policies that it issues. That is a new state tax of $60 to $96/year per policy to cover added state costs for PPACA.

Hey! Watch how you talk about my state.

Maybe if you could run someone against him that didn't preach how awful gambling and drinking are (Jesus told her) we could finally offload this POS. But no, you carefully selected the biggest whack-job you could find and you wonder why he was re-elected at the nadir of his popularity.

The Tea Party is tying an amendment to the legislation, something BOTH PARTIES have done forever. Does that make democrats 'anarchists' when they do it?

Harry Reid is now name calling in the senate. OK...well..Im sure there are some names that would very appropriately fit him as well...

OK Vance. How many times have they tried to abolish Obamacare? Seriously. You would think that they would have succeeded by now, right?

You think that the government we have now is the one that was created at our inception?

Not the point OR the question, is it? They are using a perfectly legit tactic, one employed by both parties. Correct?

I did no such thing. That also likley occured entirely within your state. The better question is why no other demorat could successfully challenge him in the primary. ;)

How many times did Harry Reid allow the Senate to vote on those House bills? Harry Reiad surely fears that at least some demorats may take that opportunity to break ranks. ;)
