You may have a sense of white privilege, I don't. My parents immigrated to the US legal under laws that required a sponsor that was financially responsible for you. That doesn't sound like privilege to me. The problem with most Americans today is that they are clueless about immigration in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. They think everyone was just let in because they were white.
