It's really quite simple:
Economic War being waged against us...
Because the plutocrats are bent on living indefinite lifespans and cutting us out...
They are trying to accelerate the process by building "AGI"...
And building a nightmare system that even Orwell couldn't articulate.
Hey if trying to understand this economic war being waged against us is way over your head you don't have to be inflammatory about it.
If you'd like to actually debate the issue, instead of flat out cover your ears and shout 'la la la I can't hear you', fire away! You have tons of material there that surely you can use as fodder to debunk it...

FACT: The Plutocrats are concentrating wealth and consolidating power like never before.
FACT: The Technocrats believe they'll be able to live for hundreds of years and become "gods".
FACT: The US Constitution is DEAD, and we're already living in a state of de facto martial law.
FACT: The many of the same banksters responsible for the economic meltdown were in Bush's cabinet, or are in Obama's.
FACT: Both global warming & the global war on terror agendas are BOTH 'inherently' pushing for endless billions in funding in the AGI Manhattan Project, and the other related NBIC transhumanism technologies.
FACT: Trillions dollar military budgets, trillions of dollars in taxes for "healh care" and global warming, on top of the already imploded economy and national wealth... has us on the verge of an economic nightmare that which all odds say cannot be recovered from.
FACT: Even though computers become more powerful and in greater number every year, we're all being plundered at an accelerating pace instead of becoming more prosperous.
Add all of that up. You do the math. You shoulnd't even need a supercomupter to figure it out.
Perhaps you ought to take another look at it, with an open mind, instead of glossing over it and knee-jerking back into whatever constructs of peachy rainbow butterflies and unicorns IDEAL of a reality you prefer to subscribe to. Or at least do some citations, bring in some new data, and so on to debunk it.

It's not really all that complex... it began with the 'eugenics' movement, which had an american counterpart that consisted mainly of 'family planning', and the german counterpart which, as we found out, involved genocide to eliminate all the 'sub-humans' so that the 'master race' could emerge. Now, in the technological revolution, this has shifted to 'transhumanism', which there are some on this forum that have argued how it's not only inevitable, but a necessary step to the further evolution of the human species.
This is the part that I'm saying is probably more real then most would realize or accept.
This one isn't that I'm 'easy'... it's that I've seen the transhumanist / eugenicist arguments... some as old as Plato's call to round up and kill all the poor because they were a drain on the breast of mother earth, that it's really just the technological extension of what I already know about the world and how it's run by a surprisingly small number of elites, with a few thousand upper-management that essentially control most every aspect of human society.
You do realize that it's 2010 now, right?? We're not in the 80's where robots were the stuff of science fiction.... whole industries are essentially production robots that only require a handful of technicians and people to load the machines with raw materials.

(Without mentioning some of the other publicly known cross-species chimera's that have been created; Salmon with cockroach genes, corn mixed with insect genes, GMO pork, cow and chicken that is ALREADY IN FOOD SUPPLIES, etc... and then you look at the GMO studies done with rodents... the results found that by the third generation eating GMO foods, 99% of the rodent were sterile, and had major deformations)
