And now that we see Trumpism for what it really is, and for the repubs who brought it to the fore,
we are going to remove a lot of them from office in November.

My condolences for the those who have suffered.

Trump, after all this, is more concerned about who is to blame than for the loss of lives.

It's always about Trump, no matter what.

He shares in the responsibility, for emboldening white supremacism, and shouting "I"m a nationalist" emboldens that crowd.

They take it as tacit approval to do mayhem, heeding the dog whistle blows like "“any guy who can do a body slam, he is my type!”", kind of talk, they take it as permission to do their evil thing.

Oh, and you are going to compare Maxine to Trump? Nope, you'll lose that argument.

You're going to point to the guy who shot repubs? Thing is, what words in left leadership emboldens that?
Nothing by our leadership does, nothing by our candidates for president ever did anything like Trump does to embolden extremist behavior.

Even I can't go that far. I agree that Trump has fostered a climate that has emboldened white supremacists, but he is not responsible for their actions. They are.

I'm at a point where I don't care if a title appears at first glance to be a little "over the top," since the President of the United States has done everything to sow racial and political division and nothing to reduce it. So count me in with the camp that has concluded that he shares responsibility for these incidents.

Many people are still operating under the old rules, whereby such threads would appear to be hysterical, which ignores that the entire point of this Presidency is incivility and division.

My in laws are different to me than they are to my parents.

I do think it's funny how far people go to suggest Trump is practically Jewish himself, because of his daughters marriage.

I don't think anyone suggested that, merely that the virulent anti-Semitism of the shooter doesn't match Trump's views at all.

Not at all. Trump has been more clear about rejecting neo-Nazi, skin heads, white supremacists etc. than Obama, who has been totally silent on his photo sidling up to the likes of that scumbag Farrakhan.

Sorry but the fact that his daughter married a Jewish man doesn't prove anything either way. If he married Jared, that would be a lot different
