Texas Republicans Ask to Replace DeLay

Let mget this straight NP....You're cool with The Supremes changing Texas law (activist court) because it suits your purposes in this instance but not when you disagree with the result? Is it possible for any single person to be more of a flip flopper than you are? I think not!

Do you have any idea how often you've written about how you are against "activist" courts? I did a quick search for Navy Pride and "Activist" and came up with 73 posts in the last 6 months alone!

Flip Flop....Flip Flop....Flip Flop....Flip Flop....Flip Flop....Flip Flop....Flip Flop....

Here's a link to 73 posts that you bash activist judges...in your own words....

With Santorum...

Speaking od Santorum I read that he has closed the gap with Casey in the polls and the rest is tied now...........

Uhhh, I believe Santorum lives in Pennsylvania although all Representatives maintain a residence in the D.C. area.

What I find hypocritical is that the Democrats sued in court in New Jersey (activist judges??) to replace Senator Torrecelli on the ballot after he got in trouble on ethics violations. The New Jersey Supreme Court ruled Torrecelli could be replaced even though the deadline for substitutions had passed. They replaced him with Lautenburg who won the race.

The difference is democrats can be corrupt but not republicans.....

Not from what I know.

Robert Casey 50%
Rick Santorum 40%
Other 2%
Undecided 8%

Another...

Robert Casey 49.2%
Rick Santorum 40.2%

And if you click on "PA" on the map, you can see that Santorum has declined since his fiasco on finding WMD in Iraq.

You're right, he seems more like a modern Conservative than Liberal.

As far as the Marriage amendment, he would have voted against it. Sorry.

"On another questionnaire, when asked to state a position on legalizing same-sex marriage in Pennsylvania, Casey responded "Oppose." However, he also opposes the Federal Marriage Amendment."

DUDE! STOP THE BULLSHIT! PUT UP OR SHUTUP! Where do you come up with your untruths? Do you just make $hit up all day long or what? How could you possibly claim that a portion of any state is not being polled?

What will take for you to make a statement and provide a link? Do you not get that this is DEBATE Politics? In a DEBATE one is supposed to make their argument based on verifiable facts. You write the craziest things and never provide proof? Are you unable to compute this simple debating tactic...proof?

What is that link supposed to be? :rofl

Where am I or anyone else supposed to find what you claim? You get this:

The page you've requested does not exist at this address.
Please check the URL for proper spelling and capitalization. If you're having trouble locating a destination, try visiting the AP home page or look through a list of AP's online services.

How hard is it for you to provide proof? Everyone else (almost) does it EXCEPT you and then when you try you provide a link to nowhere? :rofl

Santorum billed the taxpayers of my hometown Penn Hills $ 38,000 to send his children to a cyber charter school.

His "residence" in Penn Hills at 111 Stephens Lane has no furniture and is unoccupied.

Strange, but the article you posted does not mention anything about furniture and also states that someone answered the door. That's strike two. Want to try for three.

Santorum didn't 'bill' anyone. That's the cost to the school district for every pupil in the program .

Like I said I don't know if Santorum will be reelected must it must really stick in your craw to have to back a pro life family values guy like Casey and stab a very liberal liberal Leiberman in the back because he is sticking by his principles on the war in Iraq................

Such is politics in the screwed up Democratic Party............

Actually, it is going to be a lot closer than that. The Republican party spent tens of thousands of dollars and donated their own time to get the signatures that the Green Party candidate needed to get on the ballot. He will be pulling votes away from Casey. How many votes is a big question mark at this time.
