Texas Just Keeps Getting More Awesome

the moment you use breitbart as a source you are dismissed by adults. the SFC article is actually about a company that wont pay market wages so people go elsewhere. has nothing to do with texas. just more fake right wing fantasy. California cranks out new businesses and jobs despite criticism - LA Times

LOL

The moment you use the LA Times as a source, you are dismissed by rational thinking humans. What a laughably bias bit of journalistic fluff.

Next 10? Do you have a clue who/what that is? F. Noel Perry founded it. Former Trustee for the Center for American Progress.

Do you think you will get an objective view of a state being run by Progressives, from a Progressive?

California is in dire trouble. No blather from Progressives can hide this fact.

growing new jobs is an awful predicament, I agree.

It is when one considers the actual jobs being created.

Some day these Progressive think tanks like Next 10 will be honest about the data, rather than playing to an audience they apparently don't consider very intelligent.

When I was a kid a got to travel to Cali quite a bit to visit family in Palo Alto and up to Northern California to the Redwood national forest

California is one of our Nations most beautiful States filled with friendly hospitable people.

Hopefully its people will eventually get fed up with the policies that are responsible for chasing out investment and Business and start voting in real leaders and stop voting in leftist ideologues

I would like to believe that were true Fenton. As much as an optimist as I am, I don't see that happening for many, many generations.

The state can't absorb millions of illegal aliens, and expect something different than the poverty and values that created the culture they escaped. Nor can it shake the dependence on the state they came here to exploit. Progressives in Sacramento, and at the local level, are playing to this demographic in hope they will always pull the handle for them at the ballot box.

California is everything you described. A state with few rivals physically, and certainly should have few rivals economically. But it is chained to the anchor of Progressivism, and that is going to be very hard to cast off when the purse strings keep buying people to keep it in place.

some day conservatives will stop being anti education.

I'm not sure you picked a good meme to reply with.

Exclusive: It's 'all hands on deck' as LAUSD says nearly 1 in 2 seniors not on track to graduate - LA School Report

Only roughly one in two LAUSD high school seniors is currently on track to graduate, and the district is scrambling to get extra assistance to an estimated 15,000 students in danger of being left behind this June.

I would say, someday, liberal/socialist progressives would actually be held accountable for their dismal results.

My reply referred to the results of liberal/socialist progressive who claim to be pro-education. Obviously, one would think the objective was to educate.

Now, pay attention, please show me where how the results I provided indicates liberal/socialist progressives are "pro-education".

Seems to me, exploring ways to provide better results is not proof of being "anti-education". Unless, that is, failure is the plan you prefer.

Oregon Local News - Oregon grapples with pot, driving

These states are having a ton of issues with it, but what did you expect.
People were warned but chose to ignore it.

Actually your article admits to using the most flawed method, oregon mostly uses urinalysis to test if drivers were impaired with thc, which is the dumbest way to do it, thc shows up to 6 months in urine, and is 100% impossible to use to determine if someone was high while driving.

It is also admitted they were pretty much never looking for it before legalization, where now they are.

They use what they can use that includes blood tests.

Ignoring facts doesn't help you.

The states have seen double increase from dui's related to pot.
Those are facts.

Those are facts.

Your own article you linked stated they use urine tests almost entirely, due to the fact oregon requires a warrant for a blood test, which can take 2-5 hours, by which point whatever is in their system is no longer in their blood.

Most of it is urine tests, if you actually read the full article it self defeated itself.
