This is what you get with liberal school system........

Are you ****ing serious? Please explain to me how a liberal school system has anything to do with a kid stabbing another kid. Do schools today teach you it's ok to grab a knife and kill somebody? If anything it's the parents who have lost control of what their kids do. What kind of environment is your child exposed to when he grabs a knife and kills another kid? This is a perfect example of people wanting to blame schools for everything. School is only responsible for teaching you 5-8 hours a day. The other 16-19 hours are the parent's responsability.

Marissa Gonzales, a spokeswoman for the children's agency, told Fox News Live television in Dallas on Tuesday that the agency had investigated allegations of child neglect at the home where the stabbing occurred several times over the years. None of the children had ever been removed from the home by the agency.

Gee wiz.

Schools and teachers have a big influence in kids lives.

Look at the violence that happens on school campuses all over the country. Columbine……happened because they say the boys were made fun of at school. Movies, TV, music all are big influences on kids today. Most parents today are so busy they don’t even show up for school conferences.

I do think however this child should be isolated from other children or at least there should be constant supervision so that he couldn't do this again. How do they know it won’t happen again? Would you want your child around him? I mean he is a child but not a baby. if hes nine hes in 4th grade. 4th graders know the difference between right and wrong.

About Texas……it’s a weird state when it comes to stuff like this. Yates gets off with nothing more than a slap on the wrist in my estimation so the fact that nothing will happen to this boy doesn’t surprise me one bit.
Today no one is held accountable for anything.

The kid is disturbed and needs help.

Yes and parent's should never be held acountable. Only schools should.

And how is this the schools fault? Schools dont teach you that violence is ok.

Columbine……happened because they say the boys were made fun of at school.

What does that have to do with school itself? You're talking about kids being mean to kids. They dont have to be in school for that to happen. That happens at playgrounds, parks, theaters and anywhere kids just happen to socialize.

Movies, TV, music all are big influences on kids today. Most parents today are so busy they don’t even show up for school conferences.

Agreed but again how is that the schools fault? If you dont watch over your kids. Dont expect the schools to do it for you.

I do think however this child should be isolated from other children or at least there should be constant supervision so that he couldn't do this again.

I've done some research on child killers apparently it's not as uncommon as the media would have you believe. It just doesn't make it on the news as often. In Japan and Europe there are numerous cases of child killers(really nasty ones) that kill like their adult counterparts.

So...
...where is the call to ban knives?
