okay, so i started preaching about these current Trump Republicans in the 1980s. i grew up around them and their parents and was there when they said the most horrible things (they weren't officially Trump Republicans then but they said the same vile stuff).

BUT, there were enough WWII vets, etc left in the Republican Party to keep them in check. what i didn't count on was a ton of the Republicans with integrity to pass away or switch parties.

so now (mostly) all we have left are the ones i was most concerned about. it's really depressing. we need two sane parties.

Notice what's missing in that I bolded? Any mention of attacking 'protesters'! If they would have stuck to attacking protesters, Trump's feds would have left them alone & Trump would have cheered them on!
