His supporters take pleasure in his corruption. Helps one understand the popularity of Al Capone back in the day.
Except Al Capone gave back to his city. Trump never gave anything to anyone. In fact, his supporters are so brainwashed, they're still giving him money and don't even know what he does with it.

Either there is a crime, or there isnt

It isnt a hard thing to understand

Political motives triggered the whole ordeal....and again, no prosecution

Kinda looks bad again for the democrats though

He gave them emotional shelter to be racists and assholes by calling it "individualism" and "freedom"

Looks like another dud, nspired by TDS. Can you say Mueller investigation?

How does it feel to be in complete denial of reality? It must result in some inner conflict where you have to ignore facts. It must be stressful.

All rational people know that Trump's accounting firm has basically said that Trump's financial records are all crooked and they want nothing to do with them. That's what's happening in the land of reality.

About Trump being prosecuted based on financial fraud, not everyone thinks this is a good idea. He's a former president. Prosecuting former presidents is a bit ugly. But any rational person has long accepted that Trump is guilty of fraudulently inflating asset values to illegally obtain loans. He has a long history of financial chicanery.

It must suck to actively support a man who is morally bankrupt.

This is the issue many people have....he is "guilty" before ever being convicted....

If as you and many others say, Trump has a LONG HISTORY of financial chicanery, why is it he has never been convicted of a crime? Are his attorneys that good? Or could it be he never really broke the law, but maybe played in the grey areas? I dunno.....all i know, is that we keep hearing that finally Trump is going to jail, only months later to have the entire thing dropped by investigators or DA's that the evidence wasnt there to convict.

Is he really that smart? that lucky?

The new DA has stated for the record that it's an ongoing investigation. No one has dropped anything. Two lawyers quit and we all have our ideas on why. Some of us will turn out to be right, and some will turn out to be wrong.

i guess you can continue your wishful thinking

DA will probably just let the whole thing expire.....less exposure that way

Trump's company and his CFO have already been indicted with a trial date set. They have lost their motions for dismissals. Do you call these charges an expiring investigation?

Are they of no consequence to the Donald? Of course, they are. They hurt even if he himself is not charged, and I'm not convinced of that yet.

which will be no jail time

a fine, and a slap on the wrist

the IRS will issue penalties and additional fines

that case is about people getting benefits and not paying taxes on them.....sorry, but no earth shattering
