Who ever responsible should be sued and fired (if it's the fault of 1 employee). It is a big deal, as it violates laws and is an improper use of government funded educational buildings.

What fault is the schools? Is clicking on the wrong the wrong file unintentionally a crime? It was the persons flash drive, not the companies, so nothing was done wrong there, all it was was a humorous mistake, and I do doubt that 17 and 18 year old kids have never seen gay porn before, so no-one was harmed in any way, shape or form, so on what grounds should the school be sued?

silly. the school didn't do anything wrong. it was a MISTAKE.
