"Technical Spies In Your Home"

On occasion I visit abcnews and attempt to watch a video. The flash player configuration menu pops up and queries whether I would like to give abcnews control of my microphone and camera. What are these people capable observing? Perhaps they are responsible for recording the peculiarities of the elusive political dissenter.

I have the latest flashplayer version under linux which is different than the flashplayer version for windows. And eventhough I have written abcnews that their video feeds do not work, they do not care that they are incompetent.

Doing my fair share to screw Bill Gates and the Virus definition criminals, it is disappointing that the open source linux community and private sector provides trivial support for scanners and cameras.
