I know what she said and I told you what her actions may cause.
There is also a law that protects people from harassment due to the opinions that they express, whether online or in otherwise. It's called the First Amendment, and it's been around for a long time. How much longer it will be around remains to be seen.
That's a decision by other people, who are responsible for themselves. Illegal aliens don't belong here, and should be turned in.
Public teachers do NOT have a right to not educate children that may in fact be illegal because it violates the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment. Children are also protected from being harassed by a place that receives public federal funds ie. public schools under Title VI. A public teacher would most likely be found guilty of such crimes if prosecuted. She should transfer to a non public schools if she wants to continue such actions.
She didn't say that.
Sad to think she is a teacher. This would have a negative impact on her job as a public educator. They have a right to suspend her for this behavior.
This has nothing to do with indoctrination, the DNC or teacher unions. This surely can have a negative impact on her students.
For what??? Would you have a different opinion if she posted "People should report robberies to the police."??
I agree, she has a right to opine, but what she is doing is not writing an opinion piece. She is urging anyone that suspects someone is illegal to report it to state/federal authorities.
What negative impact could it have?? She just said that people should report criminals when they see them. That sounds like a big positive impact to me.
Yes, but that does not give you unlimited rights, especially if it impedes another person's rights such as protections under the Due Process Clauses of the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments.
Good for her!! We need MORE people stepping up and reporting criminal activity.

No one is being denied due process, they are simply being entered into the system where due process is applied.
This goes beyond an opinion. She is requesting action against people that are suspected to be illegal. I already stated in more than one post that this may have a negative impact on the student(s) she teaches.
Would you be OK if the teacher turned in kids who were selling crack in the school?? By your standard, that would be harassment, discrimination and a violation of their rights.
They can be educated and they have protection from harassment.
Getting rid of criminals from our society is now a bad thing to do???
Please tell me where that is harassment based on sex, race, color or national origin. TIA

What harassment?? She asked that people report criminals to the proper authorities. Would you consider reporting a child kidnapping ring to be harassment??
Your attitude that they are automatically criminals under suspicion highlights the dangers these children can face with harassment.
You're the one making the claim of harassment, so would you please show us where what she said was "harassment based on sex, race, color or national origin." What she's asking for isn't based on where anyone came from, but rather on whether they are suspected to be criminals or not. Do you support criminal activity??
Who said these people are criminals? She is starting a witch hunt for people that are 'suspected' which creates a frenzy of harassment for these families including children.
