Tax cuts "ineffective at job creation"- Nobel Prize Winner Paul Krugman

Paul Krugman predicted the recession would happen based on a faulty mortgages. He was absolutely right...

so did hundreds of others-some of whom don't get ink because they work for investment counsels, or manage pensions etc. My brother is a CFA and is a partner at a major IC and he was saying the same thing. Like Laffer, he also says that the Clinton tax hikes are gonna really screw the pooch next year as well. CrudMan is all in favor of massive tax hikes because he's a socialist scum bag

Dude you just blew off the entire science of economics to support your argument. Nobody can take you seriously.

remind me-who takes you seriously on this board? the "centrist" label is sort of a giveaway.

Oh I missed this..

"Dude", economics ISN'T a science. It's a game of chance, where not a single variable is quantitative. Not quite pissing in the wind, but very close. :)

You can chose to take me seriously, or not. I care little, as I'm only here to learn from others, and perhaps teach a few about what I know. Money, is one of those things I understand, and I have a pretty good idea of what works, and what doesn't, but even armed with this intimate knowledge I would not dare call my game a science.

The Kennedy, Reagan and Bush Tax cuts disagree with Mr. Krugman.

nothing is worse than people who use their status as "expert" to push an agenda that is not based on their expertise.

Krugman is a whore who uses his professorship to advance his socialist cravings.
